Debra Kodish

Debra serves as Director, Business Development at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC and the Founder of Keshet Capital. In her role, Debra is responsible for client development and managing client relationships.

Debra founded Keshet Capital in 2000, a global consulting and advisory firm that assists investors, funds, and companies through due diligence, fundraising, and strategic management consulting. Through her strategic consulting and direct fundraising efforts, Debra assisted dozens of funds and companies that raised billions in investment funds.

Previously, Debra was a founding team member and Senior Vice President of Sales and Research at Nessuah Zannex (now Excellence Nessuah), an Israel-based investment banking and brokerage house affiliated with US Bancorp and Piper Jaffray. During her tenure, she helped secure several hundred million dollars of foreign investment for Israeli public entities before the company went public in 1998.

Debra received a B.A. in Accounting from George Washington University. Debra is a Board Member of Premier Dental, a fourth-generation global dental supply company based in Philadelphia. She is also committed to Meor, a nonprofit she has helped build over 15 years, focused on empowering future Jewish leaders across 20 U.S. campuses.
