Patrick Burke, CFA, CPA, CFP®
Partner
Pat serves as a Partner at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In his role, Pat advises clients on investment policy, develops and implements investment and financial planning recommendations, and works closely with his clients’ other advisors to ensure their goals are met in a comprehensive and integrated manner.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Pat was the national practice leader for Vanguard’s non-profit business. At Vanguard, he led the team responsible for providing wealth management services to Vanguard’s highest-net-worth clients. He has provided investment consulting and analysis for individual and institutional clients for more than 25 years. Before joining Vanguard, Pat was a financial planner for high-net-worth individuals at Price Waterhouse LLP.
Pat serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Board for Children’s Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia and is a board member and Chairman Emeritus for Dunwoody Village, a continuing-care retirement community. Pat is a CFP® professional, a Certified Public Accountant, and a CFA® Charterholder. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University, and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

Michael Crook, CAIA
Chief Investment Officer
Michael serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and the Chairperson of the firm’s Investment Committee. In his role, Michael leads the firm’s Investment Strategy and Communications business units. He is responsible for managing the investment team, overseeing manager due diligence, and asset allocation decisions.
Before joining Mill Creek, Michael was a Managing Director at UBS, where he headed the Investment Strategy team and was responsible for providing asset allocation and market advice to the firm’s clients.
Before joining UBS, he worked in various investment roles at Lehman Brothers and Barclays and as a research fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. Michael is a frequent commentator and invited speaker in TV and print financial media, including Bloomberg, CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Barron’s, and Business Insider. He has also served as an adjunct professor of economics and actively publishes his research in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Wealth Management, the Journal of Investing, and the Journal of Index Investing.
Michael received an M.S. in Economics from New York University and a B.S. from the University of Georgia. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment AnalystSM. He currently volunteers as a mentor for veterans and college students.

Prior to co-founding Mill Creek in 2006, Josh was a Principal at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co from 1998-2006. Previously, Josh worked at Quantex Microsystems and served active duty in the United States Navy including being stationed aboard the carrier U.S.S. America (CV-66).
Josh received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University.

Brian received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Bowling Green State University. He is a CFA® Charterholder and a designated Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.
His previous roles include serving as an Independent Trustee for Stewart Capital Mutual Funds, a Director for the Lutheran Senior Life Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees of West Virginia Wesleyan College. Before joining Mill Creek, Nora was Director at FS Investments, where she helped launch focused investment programs and conducted investment research. Prior to FS, Nora was a Credit Analyst at Standard & Poor’s with primary research coverage of the energy sector. She previously held various analyst positions at Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.

Stephen Waltrich
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Comittee. In his role, Stephen oversees the firm’s back and middle office operations and information technology.
Before joining Mill Creek, Stephen was the Director of Operations for SEI Investments. In this role, he was responsible for middle office operations in the Investment Manager Services division. In addition, Stephen spent several years as the Director of Institutional Operations at Turner Investments, LP, covering global equity, mutual fund, hedge fund and UCITS products. Prior, he started his career on the Fund Administration team at the Vanguard Group.
Stephen received an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University and a B.S. in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University.

Stephen serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Comittee. In his role, Stephen oversees the firm’s back and middle office operations and information technology.
Before joining Mill Creek, Stephen was the Director of Operations for SEI Investments. In this role, he was responsible for middle office operations in the Investment Manager Services division. In addition, Stephen spent several years as the Director of Institutional Operations at Turner Investments, LP, covering global equity, mutual fund, hedge fund and UCITS products. Prior, he started his career on the Fund Administration team at the Vanguard Group.
Stephen received an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University and a B.S. in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University.
