Before joining Mill Creek, Joan was a Senior Manager at The Vanguard Group where she was a Project Manager and Market Analyst for the High Net Worth Division. Prior, Joan was a Vice President for 20 years at major New York City banks where she was a Product Manager and Consultant for Fortune 500 companies.
Joan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
