Joshua Gross
Chief Executive Officer
Josh serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Before co-founding Mill Creek in 2006, Josh was a Principal at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. from 1998 to 2006. Earlier in his career, he worked at Quantex Microsystems and served on active duty in the United States Navy, including deployment aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. America (CV-66).
Josh earned an M.B.A. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University.
Josh is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic leadership, serving on several boards and investment committees. His current roles include Board Chair of The Hillside School (Marlborough, MA); Board Member, Investment Committee of the Franklin Institute (Philadelphia, PA); Advisory Trustee, Einstein Healthcare Network & Jefferson Healthcare (Philadelphia, PA); Member, Investment Committee of The Philadelphia Orchestra & Kimmel Center (Philadelphia, PA); Board Member, Wrestlers in Business Network – Philadelphia Chapter; and Board Member, Elwyn Health and Human Services Foundation (Greater Philadelphia, PA). He is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Chief Executives Organization (CEO).
His previous board and committee service includes the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, The Scarlet Knights Wrestling Club & Foundation (New Brunswick, NJ), and The Westtown School (Westtown, PA).
