Joshua Gross
Chief Executive Officer
Josh serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to co-founding Mill Creek in 2006, Josh was a Principal at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co from 1998-2006. Previously, Josh worked at Quantex Microsystems and served active duty in the United States Navy including being stationed aboard the carrier U.S.S. America (CV-66).
Josh received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University.
Josh is deeply involved in the community and serves/served on several philanthropic boards in leadership roles including The Hillside School (Marlborough, MA), Franklin Institute (Philadelphia, PA), Einstein Healthcare Network & Jefferson Healthcare (Philadelphia, PA), Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA), The Philadelphia Orchestra (Philadelphia, PA), Westtown School (Westtown, PA), and Scarlet Knights Wrestling Club & Foundation (New Brunswick, NJ). Josh is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).
