Nora Pickens, CAIA

Nora serves as a Partner, Investment Strategy at Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. In her role, Nora is primarily responsible for evaluating traditional fixed income and private debt strategies across MCCA’s investment programs.

Before joining Mill Creek, Nora was Director at FS Investments, where she helped launch focused investment programs and conducted investment research. Prior to FS, Nora was a Credit Analyst at Standard & Poor’s with primary research coverage of the energy sector. She previously held various analyst positions at Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs.

Nora received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst^SM and serves on the Board of Directors at CAIA Pennsylvania.
